The brand new advertisements are a continuation of the sandwich chain’s “Eat Recent Refresh” marketing campaign that kicked off in July of this yr. The artistic premise of the brand new advertisements is that Subway “has a lot new to share that there is not sufficient time to share the menu updates of their advertisements,” based on a press release.
“Our ‘Eat Recent Refresh’ commercials play an important function in telling the transformation story that is unfolding at Subway,” Subway Chief Advertising and marketing Officer Carrie Walsh mentioned in a press release. “The following part of our historic artistic marketing campaign takes the unique concept of ‘a lot new to share’ in artistic and surprising instructions.”
The artistic marketing campaign was led by DentsuMcgarrybowen, with media planning from Carat and activation supported by Present World, Jack Morton, Proof Promoting and United Leisure Group.
The broader marketing campaign, which debuted in July, comes after seven consecutive years of declining gross sales. Different advertisements have featured athletes Steph Curry, Megan Rapinoe, and Serena Williams, with the entire advertisements narrated by Charles Barkley.
