It pays to know what one thing is for. It helps us work out methods to do it higher, methods to allocate sources and methods to know once we’re executed.
A lot of what we construct or put money into is sophisticated. It serves a number of functions, has to please many constituents and has competing priorities.
So the query: “How will we all know if it’s working?” is a strong one.
It opens the door to a helpful dialog about what it’s for.
